Organoleptic characteristics​

Fiano is one of the oldest and most typical varieties of Campania. This wine has a straw yellow color, a floral and fruity aroma with vegetal notes; the taste is dry and balanced.

Pairings

It pairs well with appetizers and delicate seafood first courses, white meats, and dry pasta.
