Organoleptic characteristics​

Clear and consistent wine with a straw yellow color with golden reflections and shades of a barely hinted green. Intense, fine and complex on the nose, it presents floral scents and fruity notes. Dry, warm and soft on the palate. Good freshness and flavor. Balanced and full-bodied wine with good persistence and intensity.

Pairings

It pairs very well with raw seafood, shellfish such as oysters, scampi, fresh fish carpaccio and seafood cuisine in general.
